The graduate trumpeter Christian Ehringer studied jazz and popular music at the State University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim under Professor Stephan Zimmermann, while also taking classical trumpet lessons with Kurt Nagel. As a studio and live trumpeter in Germany and abroad, highlights of his career include performances with Farin Urlaub, Laith Al Deen, Noel Gallagher, the HR Big Band, Gregor Meyle, Marla Glen, mardi gras.bb, Get Well Soon, and UJRE. Christian Ehringer is a sought-after musician for numerous musical theatre productions, such as at the National Theatre Mannheim, State Theatre Nuremberg, and the English Theatre Frankfurt. In addition, he works as an instrumental teacher at several music schools and serves as a lecturer for various state youth jazz orchestras.
